St. George is a small city in the far southwest end of Utah. The area has much to offer in the way of recreation including many places to offroad. The climate is perfect Jeep activity and the surrounding mountains, deserts, cliffs, and rock formations will keep you busy in your Jeep year round. Many of the Jeep trails in St. George lead directly in and out of the city, so there isn't too much driving you will need to do to get to good trails. Once of the most well known areas to Jeep is the Sand Hollow State Park. It has a beautiful reservoir and contains many great Jeep trails ranging from mild dirt road to extreme obstacles. The annual Winter 4x4 Jamboree takes place at Sand Hollow and offers Jeep enthusiasts from across the country the opportunity to attempt many of the great Jeep trails in Sand Hollow. There are many other tails in the surrounding areas as well, making St. George an excellent Jeep destination. St. George is about two hours north of Las Vegas on I-15.
